What is Workplace Wellbeing?

Workplace wellbeing covers the physical and mental health impact of how and where people work: ergonomics, air and light, workload, social connection and the autonomy people have over their working pattern.

The workplace team’s levers are concrete: spaces that suit different work modes, predictable office days without desk anxiety, and commutes that happen for a reason. Certainty is underrated as a wellbeing tool; knowing you have a desk, a room and a parking space removes a daily layer of low-grade stress.
