For Visitors, you’ll need an iPad running on iOS 10+. For Rooms, you’ll need an iPad, iPad Air, iPad Mini, or iPad Pro that supports iOS 12+. For Deliveries, you’ll just need a phone that can scan incoming deliveries. We also recommend an iPad stand, as well as a badge printer if you’re planning to give your guests badges. A “location” is defined as a distinct physical workspace. For instance, a company with multiple offices worldwide would typically establish a HybridHero location for each of these offices. Similarly, if a company operates several buildings within a single central campus, they may choose to create a HybridHero location for each building. Each location you establish usually requires an associated hardware order, which typically includes an iPad, an iPad stand, and a badge printer.

HybridHero’s pricing is based on the number of “active users”. An active user is defined as someone who is logged into HybridHero and registered with an active status in the admin portal. When buying user licenses, you should consider all potential users at each of your locations. For example, if you typically have 100 employees at your London office daily and another 50 at your New York office, you should purchase a total of 150 user licenses.

For online transactions, HybridHero accepts credit or debit cards from major providers including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Card. Additionally, we offer direct debit options for our UK and SEPA DD customers. If you are a client paying annually in advance, we also provide the option to pay via bank transfer.

We don’t believe in hidden fees. With a monthly subscription, you’re charged once a month on your renewal date, while yearly subscribers pay a single upfront fee for the entire year, with no charges until the renewal date the following year. Additional key integrations can be purchased as add-ons to your subscription; any associated fees will always be clearly communicated to you.

No, Desks, Rooms, and Parking are bundled together and are not available for individual purchase; these are included in the Workplace packages. However, you can add the HR to any Workplace package. Additionally, our Visitors product can be purchased separately. If you go onto one of our custom plans however, we will be able to tailor packages to your specific needs and requirements.
