A room display panel is a screen mounted at the meeting room door showing the room’s status and schedule, usually with the ability to book, extend or end a meeting on the spot. Green means free, red means busy, and the walk-the-floor room hunt gets a lot shorter.
Panels also anchor check-in: tap to confirm the meeting started, or the room releases automatically. That single interaction is what turns a display from signage into recovered capacity.
