Do I need to sign up to watch a HybridHero product tour?

Not for the main ones. The ten most useful tours, covering desk booking, bulk team booking, floor plans, meeting rooms, parking, check-in and auto-release, open straight away with no email address and no sales call. The rest of the library, mostly administrator and configuration steps, unlocks with a single email field. There are 113 tours in total.

Are these videos?

No, they are interactive walkthroughs. You click through the real HybridHero interface at your own pace rather than watching a recording, so you can stop on any screen for as long as you like.

How long does a tour take?

Most take under two minutes. Each one covers a single task, such as booking a desk or setting a check-in rule, rather than the whole product.

Which tour should I start with?

Start with "Quick desk booking" in the Everyday booking section. It shows the most common thing a person does in HybridHero, from opening the app to having a desk booked.

Can I see how desk booking works before buying?

Yes. The Everyday booking and Booking from the floor plan sections show desk booking end to end, including check-in, editing a booking and releasing a desk you no longer need.

Do the tours show the admin side as well?

Yes. Setting up teams, Users and admin, and Office setup and policies cover the administrator view: creating teams, assigning desks and rooms, setting booking windows and turning on automatic check-in and auto-release.

Is this the same as a live demo?
