What is Multi-Language Support (Localisation)?

Multi-language support, or localisation, means workplace software works fully in every language the workforce uses: interface, notifications, booking flows and visitor sign-in. For global organisations it is a rollout requirement, not a nice-to-have, because adoption dies where employees must work in a second language.

The details matter more than the language count: date and time formats, right-to-left scripts where needed, localised visitor documents such as NDAs and safety briefings, and admin ability to manage sites in different languages from one console. HybridHero, for reference, runs in 15 languages across roughly 40 countries.
