An IWMS, or integrated workplace management system, is a platform that manages the full life cycle of an organisation’s property: real estate and leases, space management, maintenance, capital projects and sustainability reporting in one system.
IWMS suites are powerful but heavy, built for large estates teams. Many organisations find they need the employee-facing layer far more often than the lease module, which is why lighter workplace platforms covering booking, visitors and analytics are frequently deployed alongside or instead of a full IWMS.
