What is Induction Record?

An induction record is the evidence that a person completed a site induction. A complete record names the person, the date, and critically the version of the induction they were shown.

Version matters because site rules change. Being able to say a contractor saw the current version, rather than one from two years ago, is the difference between a record that holds up and one that does not.
