What is Client-Site Working?

Client-site working is the professional services pattern where consultants, auditors and lawyers are based at the client’s premises for the length of an engagement, sometimes years. For the home office it means a workforce that appears rarely and unpredictably.

It also runs in reverse: those same firms HOST client teams, secondees and counterparties, which makes visitor management, guest desk booking and NDA handling part of daily operations rather than an occasional event.
