What is Agile Ceremonies?

Agile ceremonies are the recurring rituals of agile software teams: daily standups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives. They are short, frequent, and much better in the same room than any other meeting type tech companies run.

Ceremonies quietly define what tech offices need: standup corners rather than boardrooms, wall space and digital whiteboards for planning, and recurring room bookings that survive the sprint cadence. Many tech firms anchor their in-office days to ceremony days, making them the de facto anchor days.
