Start with your buying questions
An IT approval pack helps a buying group define what workplace software must do, gather evidence and agree release conditions. Use it with IT, Workplace or Facilities, and the people responsible for procurement and data handling.
Before a pilot, choose the required clients, locations and workflows. Test sign-in separately from provisioning and session revocation. Test room and desk calendar behaviour separately. Keep an unanswered mandatory requirement open until the team agrees a resolution.
