What the Google Workspace integration does

HybridHero is a separate workplace management platform that connects to your Google Workspace domain. It does not replace Google Calendar, and it does not run inside it. It keeps the two in step so a booking made in one place is reflected in the other.

Two things are connected: your calendars in Google Calendar, and your sign-in through Google Workspace. Employees book desks and rooms in HybridHero on web, iOS or Android, and the calendar entries land where they expect them.

Rooms are where two systems disagreeing causes the most damage. If a room is booked in one place and the other does not know, somebody walks into an occupied room.

Keeping HybridHero and Google Calendar aligned is what stops that. Auto-release of unused bookings is part of the platform, so rooms held by a no-show go back into the pool. Staff sign in with the Google account they already use for mail and documents, so there is no separate HybridHero password to manage and leavers lose access when their Google account is closed.

Does HybridHero work with Google Calendar?

Yes. HybridHero connects to Google Workspace so bookings and availability stay aligned with Google Calendar. HybridHero is a separate application, so you book in HybridHero rather than inside Google Calendar itself.

Can staff sign in with their Google account?

Yes. Single sign-on is available from the Professional plan, so staff sign in with credentials they already have rather than a separate HybridHero password.

Do you also integrate with Microsoft 365?

Yes. The Microsoft 365 integration covers Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Entra ID. Organisations running both Google Workspace and Microsoft are supported.

Which plan includes the Google Workspace integration?

Calendar integration and single sign-on are on the Professional plan and above. Pricing is custom and confirmed on a 30-minute consultation call, then confirmed in writing.

Can we connect HybridHero to other systems as well?
