The BMW Group’s distinctive fascination rests not only in its goods and technology, but also in its history, which was penned by inventors, pioneers, and great designers. Today, the BMW Group is the world’s leading manufacturer of premium vehicles and motorcycles, as well as a provider of premium financial and mobility services, with 31 production and assembly facilities in 15 countries and a global sales network. nnBMW Group adopted HybridHero in 2020 and experienced a smooth transition to a very useable product that assisted their organisation in monitoring numbers in the office during the COVID Pandemic.

What was the challenge?

Integration into the BMW environment, mainly due to the complexity of existing processes and the understanding of our processes.

Why did you pick HybridHero?

Our internal solution did not meet our local requirements, therefore we chose HybridHero as it was a feature rich solution. The HybridHero application offered a suite of functionality over and above a basic desk booking system including more specific social distancing and COVID support. MI reporting and mobile app were also deemed beneficial.

How did you make your people feel more comfortable about returning to the office?

Social distancing measures and allowing only 50% capacity in the office.

What has been your experience with HybridHero?

Very positive. The staff has been very supportive and attentive and resolved any issues and queries promptly.
