We have shipped the first release of HybridHero AI, a built-in assistant that books your workspace from a simple request. No menus, no floor-plan hunting. You tell HybridHero what you need and it sorts it against live availability.
It is live now in early access with selected teams, and it gets more capable every few weeks. Here is what it does today and what is coming next.
What you can do today
Book your usual desk in a sentence
“Book a desk for next Wednesday” reserves your default desk for your standard hours. Ask for several days at once.
Book any desk, anywhere
Name a specific desk, building or floor and it finds it across your locations.
No double-bookings
Already have a clashing booking? The assistant swaps it for the new one automatically.

HybridHero AI only ever acts within each user’s permissions, backed by HybridHero’s existing security and compliance controls, including ISO 27001 and GDPR. If a request is outside what it can do today, it says so and points you to the right place in the app.
