With a career built on delivering results for high-performing teams, Chris qualified as an accountant before founding Brickendon Consulting in 2010, growing it from a two-person team in London to a global consultancy with 300 professionals.
In 2018, he launched HybridHero to address a growing gap in workplace technology for professional services firms. Built for hybrid-working organisations, HybridHero is now used by clients in over 40 countries and available in 15 languages. The platform helps organisations manage desk and meeting room booking, parking, visitor management, and workflows in one connected system.
A champion of flexible working and gender equity, Chris has implemented forward-thinking policies to support women in business across all his ventures. HybridHero was born out of necessity: existing tools simply did not meet the needs of agile, professional workplaces.
