What the API and webhooks integration does

Most workplace platforms end at their own dashboard. The Enterprise plan includes a custom API and third-party integrations, so booking and utilisation data can reach the systems that already run your business.

There are two halves to it. The API lets your systems ask HybridHero for data or take an action. Webhooks let HybridHero tell your systems when something has happened, without anybody polling for it.

Webhooks for booking events

A webhook fires when a booking is created, changed or released, so an access-control system can provision a badge, or a reporting job can update without waiting for a nightly export.
