What is Quick Win?

A quick win is a small change that delivers visible benefit fast: days or weeks, not quarters. Change programmes prize them because early proof buys patience and goodwill for the longer work; a rollout that shows nothing for six months is a rollout losing its audience.

Classic workplace quick wins: auto-release for no-show bookings, visitor pre-registration, a floor map people can actually read. The trap is stopping there; quick wins are the opening argument, not the whole case.
