What is Large Language Model (LLM)?

A large language model, or LLM, is an AI model trained on very large amounts of text until it can read and produce language fluently. LLMs power the current generation of assistants and chatbots, including the AI features appearing inside workplace software.

What an LLM adds to a booking system is the interface: people describe what they need in ordinary words and the model translates that into structured actions the system can execute. What it does not replace is the system of record: availability, permissions and booking rules still live in the platform, which is why LLM features work best bolted onto software that already knows the state of the office.
