What is War Room?

A war room is a meeting room dedicated to a single project team for the length of an engagement: walls covered in working material, equipment left in place, access limited to the team. Standard practice in consulting, deals and litigation.

War rooms break normal room-booking logic, which assumes rooms return to the pool after each meeting. They need long-duration booking, access restriction and exemption from auto-release, and they are a major hidden consumer of room capacity worth tracking explicitly.
