Digital signage is the network of screens around a workplace showing live information: meeting room status, company news, visitor welcomes, KPIs and directions. It replaces printed notices with content that updates itself.
In workplace management, the highest-value signage is connected signage: room display panels fed by the booking system, lobby screens greeting expected visitors, and wayfinding displays that reflect today’s floor plan rather than last year’s. A screen showing stale information is worse than no screen at all.
