What is Virtual Meeting?

A virtual meeting is held entirely online: every participant joins by video or audio and no physical room is involved. It is the purest remote format, distinct from a hybrid meeting where some attendees share a room.

Virtual meetings still shape the office. People increasingly come in for collaboration and take video calls from home, or need focus booths and quiet zones for the virtual calls that land on office days. Both patterns show up clearly in booking data and should steer how space is divided.
