Google Workspace is Google’s productivity suite: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Google Meet, managed centrally for an organisation. It is the main alternative to Microsoft 365 for company email, files and calendars.
For workplace tooling, Workspace is an integration target: single sign-on through Google accounts, room and desk booking synced with Google Calendar, and user provisioning from the Workspace directory. If your company runs on Workspace, your workplace platform should plug into it rather than beside it.
