What is Zoom Rooms?

Zoom Rooms is Zoom’s dedicated meeting room system: a fixed installation of screen, camera, microphone and touch controller that turns a physical room into a permanent Zoom endpoint. Walk in, tap join, and the room itself is the participant.

Room systems remove the ten minutes of laptop-and-cable fumbling that opens most hybrid meetings. They pair naturally with room booking and door displays, since a room that joins calls by itself still needs to be reserved by the right people at the right time.
