Workplace strategy is the plan that connects how an organisation works to the space, technology and services it provides. It answers the structural questions: how much office, where, laid out how, supporting which working patterns, at what cost.
Good workplace strategy is evidence-led. It starts from how people actually work, measured through utilisation and attendance data, rather than from how leadership assumes they work. The strategy then cascades into leases, fit-outs, policies and the tools that run the day to day.
