What is Hybrid Work?

Hybrid work is a model that mixes office days and remote days rather than mandating either full-time. The mix varies: some organisations fix anchor days, others leave it to teams, others set a monthly minimum.

Whatever the policy, the operational question is the same: on any given day, who is coming in, and does the office fit them? Answering it takes schedule visibility, bookable space and honest utilisation data. Policy without operations is how hybrid gets a bad name.
